General Plan Advisory Committee

The City Council will appoint a General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC) comprised of residents and stakeholders to represent the community at large. The GPAC will work with City staff, the City’s consultant, and the public throughout the General Plan Update process and will make recommendations to the Planning Commission and City Council. The major topic areas that will be discussed include land use planning, mobility options, economic development, public safety and community services, and sustainability. The GPAC is expected to meet up to eight times between the fall of 2025 and fall of 2026. Meeting topics and support materials will be posted to this website as they are available.
